Optimal Measurement Placement with Single Measurement Loss Contingency for Power System State Estimation Using Refined Genetic Algorithm

چکیده

This paper proposes a refined genetic algorithm (RGA) for solving optimal measurement placement with single measurement pair loss contingency for power system state estimation. Even though the global minimum measurement pair number is , their proper positions are required to make the system observable. The observability is checked by the topological analysis method and triangular factorization analysis method. The results of 10-bus, IEEE 14-bus, IEEE 30-bus, IEEE 57-bus and IEEE 118-bus with single measurement pair loss have yielded the optimal results. ( 1 N − Weerakorn Ongsakul and Thawatch Kerdchuen
